Michael Lott for Bearton
This is the second time Michael has stood for election in Bearton Ward and if elected on 3rd May 2012 he will use all his experience and skill in working on behalf of all the residents of Bearton.
Michael is married with two adult sons. He has been Chair of Governors of Kimpton School and Vice Chair of Governors of Hitchin Boys' School. He has also carried out voluntary work relating to young people. He is an enthusiastic walker and gardener and is a plot holder at the Old Hale Way allotments.
Michael has, in the course of his career, been a Job Centre Manager, worked for the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) and negotiated on behalf of the UK in meetings of the European Union. He is therefore very used to relating to people from all walks of life and is a very experienced negotiator.
